Kuban Sweep Dunkerque, Reach Final Four

Lokomotiv Kuban completed a 2-0 sweep of BCM Gravelines-Dunkerque on Thursday night to seal a place in the EuroChallenge Final Four.

After needing overtime to win the opening game of the Quarter-Final series, 92-91, at Gravelines on Tuesday, Kestutis Kemzura's Lokomotiv returned to Krasnodar and cruised to an 86-68 victory.

Jeremiah Massey poured in 15 of his team-high 18 points in the first half for the hosts, who led by as many as 16 before going to the break with a 46-32 lead.

The French, playing without injured duo Yannick Bokolo and Mo Sene, closed the gap to 52-39 with 6:46 to go in the third quarter.

Lokomotiv then delivered the knockout punch.

A Massey three-ball ignited an 8-0 that was capped by Alexey Surovtsev's shot from the arc for a 60-39 lead with 5:43 to play in the third frame.

The advantage ballooned to 28 in the third quarter before Lokomotiv settled for an 18-point triumph.

Lokomotiv got 17 points and eight rebounds from Mike Wilkinson, 16 points from Alando Tucker, 11 from Lionel Chalmers and 10 from Surovtsev.
