Natalia Vodopiyanova weighed in with 15 points for Dynamo, who won for the 16th time in 19 Superleague Women games.
USA internationals Sue Bird and Diana Taurasi had nine and seven points, respectively for Dynamo, who face BC Volgaburmash in the quarter-finals of the EuroLeague Women on Tuesday.
UMMC Ekaterinburg, who have been eliminated from the EuroLeague Women, won 82-68 over Baltiyskaia Zvezda St Petersburg.
UMMC are third in the standings at 15-3.
