Career: Dynamo Moscow Region 2 (Russia-Superleague B, 2006-07), Dynamo Moscow (Russia-Superleague, 2007-09)

Katerina Keyru (her name is also often spelled Keirou) comes from a mixed family. Her father is from Sierra Leone while her mother is Russian. Katerina's older brother, Victor, went to the EuroLeague final game this season with CSKA Moscow and was even in the Russian national team which played at the Beijing Olympics last summer. Though very athletic, Katerina is not yet at the same level of development, as she only had a limited role with Dynamo last season. Katerina played 20 minutes per game with the Russian U20 national team that won gold at the European Championship Women last summer, averaging 6.5 points and 3.6 rebounds per game.
