The visitors from Lithuania acquitted themselves well for most of the first half.
They knotted the game at 26-26 with a lay-up from Chioma Nnamaka midway through the second quarter.
It was all downhill for TEO the remainder of the contest.
Young replied with a jump shot and a three-point play before Nilay Yigit got in on the act with a lay-up and two free-throws for a 35-26 Galatasaray lead.
Esra Sencebe capped the scoring spurt with a three-pointer to make it 38-26.
Nnamaka tried to stop the bleeding with a jump shot but Sencebe struck again from long range for a 41-28 Galatasaray lead at half-time.
The hosts' advantage never dipped below double digits the rest of the way.
Renee Montgomery scored 21 points for the Vilnius club, which has now suffered three straight blowout defeats to start the EuroLeague Women.
Galatasaray, last season's winners of the EuroCup Women, out-rebounded TEO 45-29.
Young pulled down 11 of those boards and Belarus international Yelena Leuchanka had nine to go with her eight points.
