Having first stepped out at EuroBasket Women 2007 as a teenager, the center has since established herself as an important presence under the hoop. She is a big physical presence who is difficult to contain and a relentless worker for the team. She has always done an excellent job whenever called upon and arrives at EuroBasket Women having been the star of the Croatian League with Jolly Sibenik where she averaged a wonderful double-double season of 21.5 points and 10.2 rebounds-per-game. She was on fire at EuroBasket Women two years ago when she registered four successive double-digit scores. That was a major factor in the wins which were a springboard to subsequent success for Croatia. She produced a robust performance in London last summer with a memorable Olympic debut of seven points and seven rebounds against gold medalists USA. She is a great exponent of setting blocking screens and is a good technical post player. |
