Harrower had a winning campaign in 2006. She helped USVO make it to the Final Four in the EuroLeague Women, where she was named to the All-Tournament team. She followed that up by helping her country claim gold at the 2006 FIBA World Championship. She also earned a bronze medal as a member of Australia's women's basketball team at the 2002 FIBA Women's World Championships, won a silver medal with the Australian Olympic Team at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney and also played at the 1998 FIBA Women's World Championships. …. She played with Phoenix in the WNBA in 1998 and 1999 and with Minnesota in 2001-2003 and 2005. …. At the club level in Europe, Harrower played in 2004 with Pays D’Aix, in 2003 with Aix en Provence Basket. She started her European career with GoldZack in Germany back in 2001.
