Ros Casares pulled away from Dexia Namur in the fourth quarter and won 77-62 in the EuroLeague Women on Thursday.

The Spanish outfit, which got 21 points from Nicoles Antibe, won for the second time in four games while Dexia are now 1-3.

Esteban Guerola's Ros Casares team held a slender 53-52 advantage near the end of the third quarter but the last 10 minutes of action belonged to them.

After Elaine Powell sank two free throws for a 55-52 lead at the end of the third, she opened up the fourth period with a jump shot to put the visitors in front at 57-52.

After Krystyna Szymanska-Lara buried a three-pointer to close the gap to two for Dexia, Anna Montanana made a lay-up and Noemi Bofill scored five straight points with a lay-up and a shot from the arc to put Ros Casares in control at 64-55 with five minutes and 50 seconds remaining.

Antibe then added a pair of free throws to take the lead to 11, and there was no stopping the team from Valencia over the final five minutes.

Dexia will know where they really hurt themselves in this game.

The Belgians turned the ball over 27 times, with Ros Casares committing just 13 turnovers.

Dexia were also just 14 of 23 (60.8%) at the free throw line, compared to 19 of 26 (73%) for the Spanish team.
