Cyprus wrapped up a dominant display in the group stages of the U16 European Championship for Men Division C as they beat Malta 94-48 to go to 3-0.
Although falling short of 100 points for the first time in the tournament, this was another dominant performance from the Cypriots as Antreas Christodoulou scored 20 points, Dimitris Aristotelous added 19 and Constantinos Papacostas got 18.
Robert Bonnici and Aaron Falzon got 17 points each for Malta, but they must now contest the qualifying round after dropping down to third place in Group B.
San Marino took second place to advance to the semi-finals by beating Gibraltar 87-41 behind another stellar effort from Julian Gualtieri, who had 28 points and 11 rebounds.
In Group A, Scotland secured a 3-0 record by edging out hosts Andorra 76-71.
Jack Nicholson led the way with 26 points.
Andorra's 2-1 record was still good enough for second place, ahead of Wales who beat the Principality of Monaco 69-29 behind 15 points from Jacob Lloyd.
Malta will now face the Principality of Monaco in the qualifying round, while Wales will take on Gibraltar.
In the semi-finals, San Marino will face Scotland, while Cyprus are paired with Andorra.
