Bulgaria's Borislava Hristova is the MVP of the U16 European Championship Women Division B

Bulgarian guard forward Borislava Hristova was voted as the MVP of the U16 European Champlionship Women, Division B.

Hristova was the tournament's top scorer, with an astonishing 25 points per game and she also averaged 7.8 rebounds and 1.9 assists.

Her achievement is made all more impressive considering the fact she is still only 15, and she was competing mostly against players one year older than her.

She is eligible to play in the same age category in next year's European Championship, and help Bulgaria once again in their bid to earn promotion to Division A.

The Bulgarian MVP is joined in the All Tournament team by Joana Soeiro of Portugal, Shequila Joseph of England, Emma Stach and Noemie Rouaultm, both of title winners Germany.

The Fair Play Award went to the team of Israel for their sportsmanlike behaviour throughout the tournament.
