Lithuania erased an 18-point lead late in the third quarter to beat Turkey 77-72 and secure fifth place at the U20 European Championship.
Adas Juskevicius (16 points) and Sarunas Vasiliauskas (12 points) combined for 28 points in Lithuania's 37-13 run spanning the third and fourth quarters in helping the Baltic nation finish their tournament on a high note.
Juskevicius led all scorers with 21 points while Vasiliauskas added 19 points for Lithuania, who trailed 57-39 with just over a minute left in the third quarter.
Ibrahim Yildirim scored 19 points in a losing effort for Turkey, who finished sixth.
Montenegro captured seventh place in the tournament by holding on for a 77-76 win over Croatia as Miro Bilan missed a potential game-winner at the buzzer.
Sead Sehovic tallied 19 points, five rebounds and five assists to lead Montenegro while Milos Savovic added 15 points and nine rebounds.
Andrey Kirdyachkin had 22 points and eight rebounds in leading Russia to an 89-66 victory over Latvia to finish in ninth place.
And Serbia took 11th place with an 83-56 win over Ukraine as Aleksandar Mitrovic led the way with 18 points.
