Russia women's coach Igor Grudin has revealed the national team may include a naturalized American in the squad at next summer's Beijing Olympics.

Grudin, who guided the team to a gold-medal finish at the EuroBasket Women this summer in Chieti, reportedly said to the Mayak radio station in Russia: "We need a guard and taking into consideration that it's only nine months until the Olympic Games, we can't find that kind of player in Russia.
