Belarus defeated Cyprus 77-70 on Saturday to finish top of EuroBasket Division B with seven victories and just one defeat.
Aliaksandr Kudrautsau poured in 16 points to lead the winners in Mogilev.
Cyprus more than held their own in this contest and only trailed 50-48 late in the third quarter.
That's when Kudrautsau drilled a three-pointer to spark a 9-0 run that left the home side in command for good.
Now Belarus will head for the play-offs looking to clinch promotion to Division A.
Alexandros Liatsos finished with 19 points for Cyprus, who ended their campaign with three wins and five defeats and settled for third place in the group.
Romania brushed aside visitors Albania 100-69 to also finish 3-5 and leave the Albanians bottom of Group B at 2-6.
Titus Nicoara led the Romanians with 22 points with Vlad Moldoveanu contributing 18 and Rares Mandache 16.
Switzerland, who were idle on Saturday and handed Belarus their only setback last weekend, came in second place at 5-3.
