Georgia won their showdown against Sweden in front of nearly 10,000 fans in Tbilisi on Wednesday to clinch first place in Group C of EuroBasket Division B.
Zaza Pachulia scored 21 points and pulled down 12 rebounds as the Georgians won 82-72.
Both sides will advance to the play-offs, Sweden as the best second-place team.
Georgia ended their Division B campaign with seven wins and just one defeat - a 61-59 loss at Sweden in their first encounter.
The Swedes (6-1) wrap up their group campaign with a home game against Luxembourg on Saturday.
Sweden trailed by as many as nine points in Wednesday's game but never let Georgia pull away.
Kostas Flevarakis' team dug deep and closed the gap to 70-69 with 4:05 to play after a three-ball from Jonathan Skjöldebrand.
The Swedes weren't able to draw any closer.
Vladimer Boisa and Pachulia replied with lay-ups for Georgia, who eventually claimed a 10-point triumph.
Anton Gavel continued to pour in the points for Slovakia.
The point guard, averaging just over 16 per contest before Wednesday, scored 22 at Luxembourg as Slovakia won 76-63.
Gavel also dished out five assists and corralled 10 rebounds.
Slovakia moved into third place in Group C at 3-5 behind Sweden and ahead of Ireland (2-4), whom they play in their last game this weekend.
Luxembourg slumped to 0-6.
