Germany capped their magnificent U20 European Championship Division B campaign by defeating Belgium in double overtime to capture the title.
In a battle of unbeatens, Kevin Schaffartzik had 25 points for the Germans in their 110-102 triumph.
Schaffartzik's display was nothing less than heroic.
After Lucca Staiger missed a potential game-winning shot at the end of regulation for Germany, Schaffartzik buried a jumper with no time on the clock to force the second overtime.
He then made one of two free throws to tie the conrtest at 101-101 with 2:01 remaining before drilling a three-ball to put his team in front for good.
The winners ended up finishing the game on a 10-0 run.
Thomas Dreesen had a game-high 29 points for Belgium.
In the fight for third place, Kim Palmqvist poured in 20 points and Jeffery Taylor scored 14 and pulled down 10 rebounds as Sweden won over Estonia 80-71.
