Ivana Dukic missed a three-pointer at the end for Croatia.
Finland thrashed Montenegro 84-65 in the other Group D clash.

The Slovakians rolled to a 63-44 win over Estonia and the Netherlands prevailed 80-46 over Bosnia-Herzegovina.
In Group B, Ireland cruised to a 77-39 victory over Luxembourg and Slovenia defeated hosts Slovenia 58-45.
