Finland and Great Britain booked their spots in Division A with convincing wins on Saturday.
After a big win at home earlier in the week Great Britain visited Geneva and came away with an 89-78 victory which secured a 163-119 aggregate win.
Robert Archibald led the way for the Brits with 23 points and six rebounds while Luol Deng chipped in with 22 points and five boards.

Deng and Co. came into the game with a 33 point edge and was never in danger of surrendering it.
Switzerland were led by Chicago Bull Thabo Sefolosha who netted 17 points and grabbed nine rebounds.
Finland on the other hand came into Saturday’s game with a less impressive seven point edge but dominated Romania the entire way, leading 30-12 after one quarter on their way to a 57-25 half-time edge.
The Finns jumped out to an 8-0 lead early and never looked back as Petri Virtanen led the way with 23 points, including five three-pointers.
Five other Finland players finished in double figures as well as the team shot over 50% from behind the three-point line and nearly 60% overall for the game.
Romania was led by Virgil Stanescu with 20 points and five rebounds.
