Sverrisdotir All Around Performance Leads Iceland

Helga Sverrisdotir scored 20 points as Iceland beat Ireland 68-56.

Sverrisdotir, despite being only 17 years of age, also had 13 rebounds and seven assists. 

The victory was Iceland's first in their qualifying campaign.

Ireland shot a woeful 28 percent from the floor in dropping their third game.

Lindsay Peat and Suzanne Maguire each had 14 for the Irish.
