|The All Tournament Team: György Golomán (Hungary), Aleksandar Dozic (Montenegro), Ordane Kanda-Kanyinda (Belgium), Ludvig Hakanson (Sweden) and Petar Popovic (Montenegro)|
Sweden needed an extra game to clinch their spot in next year's Division A European Championship but the Scandinavians routed Hungary in the game for third place to secure their return to top level.
The driving force behind Swedish success was point guard Ludvig Hakanson, who had an incredible tournament in many aspects.
Hakanson made the top ten in as many as 14 statistical categories, convincing the European Championship Division B coaches to vote for him as the tournament's best player.
Dishing out a tournament-best 6.7 assists per game, he was also third best in scoring at 22.0 points per game and pulled down 7.3 rebounds per game to complete great overall numbers.
Hungary Power Forward György Golomán completed the All-Tournament team.
