One of the biggest prospects in recent years, the hopes of Serbian basketball fans lie on the shoulders of Vasilije Micic. The youngest player on Ivkovic's list at age 19, Micic has already shown flashes of brilliance in his career, leading Serbia to two silver medals, at the U18 European Championship in 2011 and at this year's U19 World Championship, respectively, making the All Tournament Team at the latter. Despite his young age, the point guard played a major role on Belgrade-based Mega Vizura, leading the Serbian Super League in assists (5.6 a-game). Splitting defences with his outstanding ball-handling skills, Micic either finishes himself or feeds the open teammate using his great court vision. While his time with the senior national team is yet to come, do not be surprised to see him provide a jolt to the offence coming off the bench in Slovenia.
