Being the final NBA First Round draft pick to be announced by David Stern earlier this summer, Nemanja Nedovic's name has left a mark across the USA even before he makes his rookie debut for the Golden State Warriors. The 22-year-old has the upside to also be remembered for sporting reasons. The athletic combo guard caught the eye of scouts with his explosive drive to the basket, his good shooting mechanics and leaping abilities. Having featured on Serbia's youth national teams from 2009 to 2011, the youngster gained further valuable experience while playing for Red Star Belgrade, enjoying good minutes during Serbia's qualification campaign last summer. Nedovic is coming off a decent first season abroad with Euroleague side Lietuvos Rytas, and is expected to break through in Slovenia, given an increased role in Coach Ivkovic's system.
