Edo Muric - EuroBasket 2013 Profile

Team 2012-13: Krka Novo mesto (Slovenia-1A)
Career: LTH Castings Skofja Loka (Slovenia-1A, 2008-09); Parklji Ljubljana (Slovenia-1A, 2009-10); Krka Novo mesto (Slovenia-1A, 2010-13)

For many years now, Edo Muric has been considered as one of the best forwards of his generation in Europe. His first big tournament with the senior national team came two years ago in Lithuania, which he used well. When he is on the court, Muric provides great energy and a strong presence on the glass. He has a good all-around game with a real scoring potential. He likes to shoot from outside, even if his three-point shot is not really fluid or stable in the mechanics. With his good first step, he likes to attack the basket hard. Having played a major role at Krka this season and since coach Maljkovic is considering moving Nachbar to power forward, Muric should be able to develop into a starter for Slovenia.
