Omar Cook has joined up with Montenegro's preparations for the EuroBasket, taking the preliminary squad to a full compliment of 16 players.
Cook had been granted extra time this summer as he resolved his club future, and the guard has now completed a move to Olimpia Milano.
Cook will need to get up to speed quickly as Montenegro prepare for this weekend's tournament in Ljubljana, where they will face off against the nations that formerly made up Yugoslavia - Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and FYR of Macedonia.
"Today we were joined by Cook, but it will not be a problem for him to fit into the team, because he is used to working in this system," said forward Milko Bjelica.
"The tournament in Ljubljana will bring together a very strong collection of teams from the former Yugoslavia and it will be a great test. These games will give us insight into our current form, and help with the final selection for the EuroBasket."
