Tabu has made over 75 appearances for Belgium since his competitive debut in 2008, including at EuroBasket 2011 and 2013, having previously played for the country at U20 level. Starting his club career at Gilly in Belgian Division 2, he joined Charleroi in 2005 and won three Championships (2008, 2009, 2010) as well as the Cup (2009). He moved to Cantu where he lifted the Italian Supercoppa in 2012. After a year with Zaragoza, he was sidelined for most of last season with Alba Berlin due to a pectoral injury before joining Milano for the Serie A playoffs. Originally from the Democratic Republic of Congo, he has one brother, Veron Bin Tabu Eboma, who played professionally. His full name is Beye Jonathan Tabu-Eboma.
