Veteran guard Goran Jeretin continues to be one of the main performers for Montenegro as evidenced last summer when he averaged double digits during the Qualifying Round and not only showcased his perimeter shooting but also managed 3.1 assists per game to verify his excellent court vision and awareness. Almost always productive due to his ability to find ways to score in multiple situations on the court, Jeretin is also a physical player who provides strong defence at the other end of the floor. Well liked by the fans for his aggressive and committed approach to the game, he is an experienced performer at the highest level having played for big teams around Europe and in European club competition, reaching the EuroChallenge Final earlier this year. Jeretin should continue to be one of the primary weapons for Montenegro at EuroBasket 2011.
