Career: Chevakata Vologda (Russia-Premier League, 2005-09) UMMC Ekaterinburg (Russia-Premier League, 2010-12), Dynamo Moscow (Russia-Premier League, 2012-13)
The forward burst on the the scene three years ago at the FIBA World Championship in Czech Republic, when she made an instant impact on her major tournament debut, leading her team in steals, blocked shots and assists. Following this up with gold at EuroBasket Women a year later, Vidmer didn't make the cut for London last summer. But, following a fantastic first season with Dynamo Moscow after moving from UMMC Ekaterinburg where her opportunities to shine were restricted, she is looking to bounce back with the national team and has a EuroCup Women winners medal in her cupboard. She is of course no stranger to silverware in the Russian League due to her time with UMMC where she won three championships and three cups, but she has really showed her scoring and rebounding capabilities since moving to the capital.
