After a solid EuroBasket debut in 2011, Kadir returns to the big stage hoping to move up a scale. His 5.0 rebounds-per-game in only 19.4 minutes two years ago showed exactly what he can bring to the floor. A bit of an undersized power forward, Kadir makes up for that with his mobility and wide body. He uses his craftiness around the rim to find a way to connect the ball with the net and has established himself as one of the key big bodies in a team that is traditionally undersized. He won the BSL championship title in 2010 with Gilboa/Galil after a heroic performance in the title game. If he had better range on his shot his efficiency would have skied. Nevertheless his rebounding skills and ability to score around the rim make him one of the most consistent Israeli bigs.
