Fernando San Emeterio - EuroBasket 2013 Profile

Team 2012-13: Laboral Kutxa Vitoria (Spain-ACB)
Career: Valladolid (youth teams); Forum Valladolid (Spain-ACB, 2001-06); Akasvayu Girona (Spain-ACB, 2006-08); Laboral Kutxa Vitoria (Spain-ACB, 2008-13)

San Emeterio has the ability to be a star with the absolute willingness to accept any role he is asked to assume. The Santander native also has a winner's trait, winning the 2007 EuroCup, 2009 Copa del Rey and 2010 ACB crown at club level while being named to the 2011 All-Euroleague First Team. San Emeterio can absolutely do it all - drive to the basket, shoot from outside, use his great court vision to find an open teammate, rebound and play tough defence. He has also proven over the years that he does not need to play a lot of minutes to be productive, serving as a perfect player to come off the bench and keep the team's play at a high level.
