First cutting her teeth in Bulgarian Basketball with Dunav Ruse, where she was also introduced to EuroCup Women competition, Mircheva has spent two of the last three seasons playing in France. She is likely to return to French soil with the national team this summer having had mixed results with Nantes who won't be retaining her services next season. She didn't find her best shooting form in the LFB and had to be satisfied with coming off the bench, although her displays in EuroCup Women were much better since she averaged double-digits as the team reached the quarter-finals. She will still face stiff competition for court time in the frontcourt in Vannes, but showed during qualification that she is an asset, even though she may not necessarily find herself in the starting five. She is strong, can rebound well and will have the confidence to take the shot if she finds herself open from downtown.
