A core part of the rotation during the recent era of success, Ciglar has been used off the bench in most games, but could be about to take the next step and establish herself as the primary backcourt player in light of veteran teammates retiring. Perhaps the timing is perfect for her to take the responsibility after moving to Perpignan in the French League and producing a solid season. She is at the age where she can become a leader, transferring her form at Perpignan where she averaged over four assists-per-game and improved her finishing at the hoop - something that is certainly needed after a forgettable shooting display at London 2012. A good ball handler who can be explosive when the confidence is flowing and she is focused, Ciglar could step up on her return to France. She showed her value in the critical fifth place game two years ago, with a game winning 19 points off the bench against Montenegro. A great hustler, the guard always seems to bring her ‘A game' whenever she pulls on a Croatian vest.
