The veteran guard comes into the summer in search of a third appearance at the Final Round and writing another notable line in an eye-catching resume. Pawlak spent almost a decade competing in EuroLeague Women with Lotos Gdynia and Wisla Can-Pack, before surprisingly opting to head to Sleza Wroclaw last summer to take up a new kind of challenge in helping them to establish themselves in the BLK. She always adds defensive tenacity and is forever focused on the team principle, which combined with her experience and leadership skills, still make her a vital centrepiece of the side. She led the way in assists last year during the 2nd Qualification Round and will make the most of the great understanding she has with the frontcourt players who have also served their country for a similar length of time. Indeed when it comes to the likes of Ewelina Kobryn and Jurowska-Cegielska, the point guard has played with them at club level too.
