Cserny has been a player that has mixed in well with MKB Euroleasing on the club level and then taken leadership responsibilities with the Hungarian National Team. Cserny has hovered around the double-digit scoring mark throughout the 2006-2007 season. A year ago, she tallied 14.9 ppg.

With the national team, Cserny is the number one offensive option. In Hungary's last two EuroBasket Qualifying Round campaigns (2005 and 2007), she has averaged 17 and 16 ppg respectively.
