Catch Tatiana Schegoleva if you can! You won’t find another power forward with her speed and lateral agility anywhere in Europe. On the other hand, because of her slim body she can be outmuscled on the boards. At times she struggles with her shooting, but nevertheless Schegoleva remains an elite level player and one of the cornerstones of the Russian National Team. A true warrior, Schegoleva isn’t afraid to face anybody on the court – even a man!  This winter Tatiana managed to block a shot attempt of rising star Vitali Fridzon during a unique game played in honor of the Russian basketball centenary where mixed teams of women and men competed.
