One of the few veterans in a young Swedish team, the forward has been having some of the best times of her career in Slovak Republic with MBK Ruzomberok who, since her arrival at the club, have had two deep runs into the latter stages of EuroCup Women. Her club role is similar to that with the national team, to add her experience and ‘know-how' in crunch situations. She really gets to work in the paint with great energy and whilst not a prolific rebounder, she will often come up with great hustle plays and crucially, takes great care of the ball She also has an adept mid-range jump-shot. A tireless worker with a safe pair of hands, Andersson is a leader and great influence to the younger players. The calm head offered by the 33-year-old will be important in France this summer.
