After rehabbing from a torn ACL throughout the whole of the 2013-14 season, Troina made a furious comeback during the FIBA World Championship for Women and later continued her highly-rated performances at club level. Undoubtedly the most thoughtful and sensible player of BC Horizont, she was the cornerstone for the team last season. One of the top-scorers in the Belarusian championship, she made it into the starting five of the national All-Star game, proving she had left her injury problems in the past. Nicknamed ‘Golden Hand', the pure shooter is still an extremely reliable wing player, bringing an energy boost to the team when entering the game from the bench. Her hidden value is that she can create scoring opportunities for herself, which transforms her into an important offensive option. She is one of the favourites of Coach Buyalski, so having her back in the squad is a big relief for a play-caller fond of her skills, mental strength and the ability to push her team-mates hard and lead by example.
