PLAYER HISTORY
Nataliya Trafimava

Career: RUOR Minsk (Belarus-Div. 1, 1994-96), Gorizont Minsk (Belarus-Div. 1, 1997-99), Lącznosc Olsztyn (Poland-PLKK, 1999-2003), AZS Poznan (Poland-PLKK, 2003-04), Wisła Krakow (Poland-PLKK, 2004-07)

The ace up the sleeve of head coach Anatoly Buyalski, Trafimava is a player who is capable to turning a tough situation into an opportunity.  The 28-year-old has been the National Team captain for a long time and has played every position from two to four. She is also considered the team’s defensive stopper. Playing under Buyalski has helped her to understand the coach's philosophy and has made her a vocal leader. She spent the last three seasons in Wisła Krakow gaining EuroLeague Women experience despite not seeing significant minutes.
