Bosnia & Herzegovina Too Much For Hungary

Bosnia & Herzegovina overcame Hungary 83-68 in their EuroBasket qualifier on Wednesday evening.

Feliks Kojadinovic took game-high honours for the winners with a points haul of 16 in a perfect shooting display.

Kojadinovic was one from one inside the paint and drained both free throw attempts while he buried four from four three-pointers.

He received solid support from Jasmin Hukic, who added 14 points but also grabbed 10 rebounds for the victors.

Also posting double digit contributions for the visitors were Mirza Teletovic and Elmedin Kikanovic with 12 points each.

Bosnia made the early running but Hungary briefly took a 14-13 lead before Terrel Ray Castle split two free throws to level the score at the end of the first period.

By the halfway point, the Bosnians led 34-33, but they started to pull away in the third period which they ended 59-51 to the good. They extended their lead in the final period.

Zoltan Horvath was top scorer for Hungary with 15 points.
