Italy international Laura Macchi led Schio with 17 points as they claimed a 74-66 triumph.
The result has lifted the winners to a 6-3 record - level with next week's opponents, Bourges.
Ros Casares sit atop the group with a 7-2 mark.
Nadezhda have been one of the hottest teams in the EuroLeague with three straight wins and they were threatening to spring an upset when trailing 61-59 with 6:58 to go after a lay-up by Liudmila Sapova.
Macchi replied with a three-ball and then Isabelle Yacoubou-Dehoui made a pair of free-throws for a 66-59 Schio advantage.
The hosts extended the lead to 11 before walking off the court with an eight-point success.
Tina Charles had a game-high 25 points and 12 rebounds for Nadezhda, who will finish fourth in Group D.
