MKB Euroleasing Sopron have bolstered their line-up with Hungary international Bernadett Németh. The point guard has joined the club for the remainder of the season from Szeviép Szeged, where she was the captain. Németh averaged 17 points, 3.8 assists and 3.8 rebounds per game in the 2010-11 EuroCup Women for Szeviép, who failed to advance to the Eight-Finals. It's not the first time that Németh has played for Sopron. In a previous stint, she won two Hungarian titles and cups. Sopron have had an outstanding campaign. They are third in EuroLeague Women Group A with a 4-4 record - one game clear of Rivas Ecopolis with two games remaining. Sopron decided to agree to a transfer, however, of American superstar Angel McCoughtry to Fenerbahce at the end of December. After that move, the Hungarian giants signed American forward Marissa Coleman. |
