Beretta-Famila Schio got strong performances from Laura Macchi, Nicole Antibe and Mudju Ngoyisa in a 91-76 victory over Gospic Croatia.
The Italian club won for the third time in succession and joined Wisla Can-Pack Krakow at the top of EuroLeague Women Group B while Gospic slumped to a third defeat.
Beretta-Famila trailed only in the first minute of the contest before going in front for good with 10-2 run for a 14-7 advantage.

Antibes and Marissa Jo Coleman each had four points in that spurt.
Gospic closed the gap to 24-21 after a pair of Lamisha Augustine free-throws but the Schio team reeled off the next 11 points.
Ngoyisa's three-point play accounted for the final scoring of the opening quarter to make it 29-21.
She poured in four of the game's next six points, the last two with a jumper, to finish the run that Gospic never recovered from.
Beretta-Famila went to half-time with a 56-45 lead and they went in front by as many as 16 in the third quarter before taking a 72-60 advantage to the final period.
Gospic got no closer than 12 points over the last 10 minutes of the game.
Macchi had a game-high 24 points, four rebounds, five assists, two blocks and two steals while Antibe finished with 16 points and Ngoyisa 13.
Andja Jelavic had 20 points, seven assists and five rebounds but was also charged with six of her team's 21 turnovers.
Schio did much of their damage at the free-throw line, making 26 of 33 with Macchi seven of eight and Ngoyisa five of seven.
Gospic were 10 of 24 from long range with Jelavic three of four and Carla Thomas three of three.
