Having been decidedly cold from outside for most of the tournament, the change of scenery certainly suited the French who lit up the Kresimir Cosic Hall in Zadar with an incredible seven of seven from downtown during the opening period. |

The final curtain fell on the action in Crikvenica at the U20 European Championship Men 2010 with a 100-65 mauling of Ukraine by Lithuania but it wasn't enough to hand them a place in the quarter-finals as they paid the penalty for their somewhat surprise loss to Latvia. Having sat and watched their chances of a slot in the last eight disappear after Greece beat Serbia in the preceding game, Lithuania took their frustration out on Ukraine who had one eye on Zadar having already sealed second spot in Group E. |
