Missas Proud Despite Greek Defeat

Defending champions Greece suffered defeat in the final of the U20 European Championship Men 2010 in Croatia on Sunday, but coach Konstantinos Missas is still hailing the tournament as a fantastic success.

Greece went down 73-62 to France in the final to lose their title, but Missas was nevertheless proud of what they had done.

France Hold Off Greece To Win Title In Zadar

France were crowned champions of the U20 European Championship Men 2010 in Croatia thanks to a 73-62 victory against Greece and amidst scenes of high emotion after the final buzzer, the tears flowed freely as they immediately dedicated their gold medal success to former team-mate Jonathan Bourhis who died tragically in a car accident last year.
