MKB Ruzomberok also won in Group I, beating Olivais Coimbra 75-54 in Slovakia.
Ruzomberok finished second in Group I while their Portuguese opponents lost all six of their games.
France also celebrated a win in Group K as Arras clinched a 56-50 win over Dexia Namur.
Johanne Gomis, who played for France at the FIBA World Championship for Women this summer and is a burgeoning star in the country, had 14 points.
Dexia's defeat was a fourth in as many games and left them bottom of the pool.
Arras and Reyer Venezia each finished 3-1 but the French team clinched first place in the group due to a superior goal differential.
Gran Canaria of Spain were also winnings, prevailing at BBC Sint-Katelijne-Waver 79-72.
The Canary Islanders wrapped up a perfect 4-0 campaign in Group L while BBC Sint-Katelijne-Waver finished third.
