Doron led the Israelis with 30 points and eight rebounds and Baker poured in 25 points as Eli Rabi's team travels to Russia for the return leg on 12 March. |

After thrashing the Italian side 78-51 in front of their own fans in Israel last week, Elitzur went down 84-62 at Taranto - good enough to secure a five-point win on aggregate. |
