Chiara Consolini and Martina Crippa both scored 15 points for Italy, who led 22-10 after one period and never looked back in front of the home fans.
Diana Ozolina, Sabine Niedola and Baiba Eglite combined for 60 points as Latvia knocked off hosts Italy 77-68 at the U20 European Championship for Women.
Niedola led the way with 20 points and 17 rebounds for Latvia, who finished third in the Qualifying Round Group E with a 2-3 record. Ozolina had 22 points and Eglite tallied 18 for the Baltic nation.

Italy coach Nino Molino expressed his disappointment over his team's poor performance against Turkey which has all but ended the young Azzurre's hopes of capturing a medal at the U20 European Championship for Women.
Turkey won 64-49 and Molino said: "We just didn't play a good game.
