Sweden provided further evidence that basketball is on the rise in the Scandinavian country by upsetting hosts Poland 69-66 in overtime at the U20 European Championship Women, Division B in Poland. Elin Eldebrink poured in a game-high 25 points for the Swedes, who blew a 36-25 half-time lead but won in the extra period to claim their second victory. |
