Defending champions France won for the second time in Group F with a 91-59 mauling of Germany.
Les Bleues led 23-22 with 8:37 to play in the first half when they went on a 22-0 run from which Germany never recovered.
Germany brought Bulgaria crashing down to earth at the OSTCHEM U20 European Championship Women with a 68-57 Group E triumph on Tuesday.
The Bulgarians, who won all three of their games in the initial group stage, fell behind by 13 points near the end of the first half but fought bravely and made the contest close in the fourth period.
Germany clinched their place in the next group phase with a 62-53-triumph over Italy.
The triumph was their second in Group D following a big win over Latvia on Saturday.
It was the Romy Bär show for Germany as she had 27 points, 10 rebounds, five assists and four steals to lead her country past Latvia, 81-52.
Traviling 25-23 at half-time, the Germans erupted for 36 points over the next 10 minutes while allowing the Baltic nation to score just 14 to take control for good.
