Mad-Croc Fuenlabrada came roaring back to edge out Besiktas Milangaz 78-77 in Istanbul and snatch top spot in Group K of the EuroChallenge.
The Spanish side maintained their unbeaten record in the group stage as they came from 13 points down at the start of the fourth quarter to win it in the final seconds.
They trailed 63-50 but began the final stanza with an 12-3 run as Saul Blanco's jump-shot with seven minutes to go made it 66-62.
Ersen Dagli hit a jumper to pad Besiktas' lead and the hosts still looked to be in control, up 74-66 with 3:06 to go.
But Joaquin Colom's jump-shot started an 8-0 run that saw Ferran Lavina tie it from the free-throws line with 16 seconds left.
David Hawkins could only split a pair of free throws to leave Besiktas clinging to a narrow lead with Blanco erased with two from the charity stripe at the other end.
A lay-up form Hawkins had Besiktas temporarily back on top, but Blanco stayed cool to make two more free-throws, and Fuenlabrada survived a last-second miss from Pops Mensah-Bonsu to take the win.
Leonardo Mainoldi led Fuenlabrada with 17 points while Blanco had 12 and 11 rebounds and Michael Hall scored 11.
Mensah-Bonsu finished with 24 points and 10 rebounds while Zoran Erceg and Hawkins had 15 points each, Adam Morrison adding 11.
Carlos Arroyo was restricted to three points in four minutes of action.
