Kostas Sloukas led Greece with 16 points and Kostas Papanikolaou hit two free throws and tipped in another missed foul shot over the final 44 seconds to secure the victory for the host Greeks.

Motiejunas MVP, Two Greeks In All-Tournament Team

Lithunia's Donatas Motiejunas was named Most Valuable Player of the U18 European Championship Men despite Lithuania losing in the gold medal game against hosts Greece in Pyrgos.

The 17-year-old Motiejunas scored 17 points and grabbed 12 rebounds in Lithuania's 57-50 loss to Greece in the final.

Greece Dismantle Croatia, Book Place In Final

Greece booked their ticket for the final of the U18 European Championship Men by dismantling Croatia 82-62 in the semi-final as four players scored in double figures.

Kostas Papanikolau scored all 19 of his points in the first half while Leonidas Kaselakis added 19 points of his own for the Greeks, who return to the championship match for a second straight summer in hopes of winning the nation's first gold at this age group.
