Gibraltar trailed going into the fourth quarter but outscored Andorra 13-2 over the last 10 minutes.
Joelle Grech finished as Gibraltar's leading scorer with 12 points.
Iceland romped to an 88-31 victory over the Principality of Monaco.
Bríet Hinriksdóttir finished with 23 points and eight steals for Iceland, winners of two straight.
Scotland were too good for Malta, prevailing 53-49.
Katie Fergus had 14 points and 13 rebounds for the Scots, who also won for the second day in a row.
Tijana Raca scored 22 points as Cyprus blew away Wales, 75-21.
Andriana Antoniou had 12 points and seven rebounds for the winners.
