MKB were just four of 19 (21.1%) from three-point range, and only made six trips to the line, making four.
Bourges coach Pierre Vincent had praise for his team
"We are very happy!" he said.
"We controlled the game, and were able to stop Sopron's penetration and outside shots. That was the key."
The decisive spurt for Bourges came at the start of the second half.
Leading 27-26, Melain scored their next seven straight points to open up a 34-28 advantage.
Celine Dumerc then went in for a lay-up to extend the advantage further.
With six seconds to go in the third quarter, the lead was 47-35 and Bourges were on their way to an easy win.
MKB got no closer than 10 points in the fourth period.
Székely Norbert, the MKB coach, said: "Congrats to Bourges. They are the most organised team we have played against this season. In the second half, we lost our rhythm."
